HIGHLIGHTS
- STRUCTURE - R.C.C. framed structure. Brickwork: External 6” and Internal 4”.
- FLOORING - Vitrified tiles throughout the flat. Anti-skid tiles in bathroom and wash area. 1 x 1 anti-skid tiles in balcony.

- DOORS - Main door frames of teakwood with designer shutter with veneer polish. All other doors to be flush door shutter.
- FIRE FIGHTING - Fire alarm for common areas & firefighting equipment.
- ELECTRICAL - ISI Marked wiring. Circuit breakers in each flat. ISI Marked switches. Provision for one Air Conditioner point in each flat. Power point in kitchen.
- PLUMBING - Concealed CPVC fittings for internal plumbing. UPVC and SWR fittings for drainage pipes and external plumbing.
- PLASTER & PAINTING - All internal walls smooth finish plaster with putty finish surface. External wall with sand/sponge finish plaster with paints.
